Strange that the ad doesn't mention the capacity of the usb storage device. It's not in the specs either.:exc:

aja-There's only two pieces here: 1) the USB drive, and 2) the 256 MB SD card. The drive is kind of a freebee. You can just use the SD card in your Axim. OR, use the USB drive with the SD card to plug into any USB port and read the contents of the card. Clearer?

The question I had was shipping cost. took a while to find it at the ecost site, but it looks like it is free because it's > $50 US

i was about to order one when i remembered recent posts about SD problems. did a search here and found this. think i'll take a pass for now. don't need the storage right now and prices will continue to drop for cards.

I've got a Sandisk 128 SD and I've had no problems with it at all. It works fine. I need more space for my MP3's and have been wanting at least a 256 card but before a month ago I couldnt get one under 100 bucks, even with a rebate. I also didnt know what I was going to do with my old 128. This deal is great because I get double the storage AND I can still have some use for my old 128MB SD card. Shipping was free and it came out to be like $74 with CA tax.

mastman: I must have beed asleep when I looked at the add. I thought it was a memory stck device and they were throwing in a SD card!

I guess I can't be at work on the phone and look at this stuff.
