Sync Avantgo Problems

Hello,

I have avantgo set up on my AX, I can do a manual sync from the Ax but when it is just sitting in the cradle it doesnt sync.

Avantgo isnt in the list when synching with my pc (the list of items to sync that pops up on my pc when I cradle the AX)

I cant find how to get Avantgo into that list.

too obvious but did you try Tools/ Options?

Yep tried that but avantgo isnt there to check or uncheck!!!

I called tech support and they told me the only way is from the ax.
