How do I register mp3s back to wmp?

I had installed another mp3 player and didn't like it so I uninstalled it. Now, mp3s aren't registered to any program and I have to go into WMP and open it from there. How can I register them back to WMP so when I click on them it will open?

I'm not sure exactly with your set up but heres how I would do it, I have Resco File Explorer, when I click on a file that it dosent know how to open it pops up a window that asks me what I want to open it with, then you browse to the app you want and select it, then click the always open this file type with this app option. This is just one of the many reasons I love Resco. I'm sure theres another way to do it too, you might wanna PM cageyjames or something but thats how I do it.
