Not sure that I can answer your question, but you could check the "rules" on how your Calendar syncs.
Right now, I am not at a PC with ActiveSync so I can't give you the exact instructions. Will try to get you close.
Select Options Menu
Make sure Calendar is checked to be synced
Highlight Calendar then click on properties or something like that.
Look for the part that sets the rules on how things are synced between the PC and your Axim for Calendar items.
As I mentioned, not sure if this will help, but it wouldn't hurt to check your current settings.

outlook prob in calendar
OK need to change what I am talking about with regards as to what i think is happening!!
If i make a calendar entry on my AX and then pop it into the cradle everything syncs including calendar, tasks and mail etc.. I can see my tasks and mail in outlook but my calendar entries are not visible but I think they are there!!(sorry if that doesnt make sense)
When I create a calendar entry in outlook 2000 on my desktop and then sync with my Ax the entry appears no problem.
If i look at the outlook today page on my desktop with outlook 2000 i have 3 colums calendar tasks and message, calendar is empty altho i have synced from my ax , tasks is full of tasks past and present and message is telling me i have messages etc...

Are saying is that you to believe that the Calendar entries are there but simply not visible in Outlook on your dekstop?
If so, what is it that leads you to believe they are actually there?

Sorry if I am confusing you I think the problem is that the appointments are there they are just not visible!!

Hmmmm... Haven't heard of this one before.
Does this happen with all appointments regardless of the category, status, sensitivity, etc. settings? Just guessing here, but am wondering if there is some sort of "feature" that hides certain types of appointments in Outlook.

rlee,
have you tried reinstalling outlook? if you do reinstall outlook you might also need to reinstall activesync (not sure), and also take the latest version of activesync to be sure, i believe it's version 3.6 from microsoft's website.
