Pocket Word Handwriting Problem

So I've had this problem on off for a while now. Hopefully someone can help. I open pocket word, change view to handwriting and start handwriting notes. When word automatically scrolls down for my continued handwriting it jumbles up the text. In other words if I write on pages 1, 2, 3 then scroll back to page one. I find page two was moved on top of page one and I can't read any of my handwritting. This makes handwriting completely worthless. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Thanks in advance,

JL

So am I the only person to have this problem? Perhaps I should try a hard reset, I haven't done one in a while. Please speak up if you have this same issue. Or if the issue isn't clear. Thanks!

I seldom use pocket word, and even less often use the handwriting input, but I just gave it a try and did not experience the problem you describe on my X5. I wrote six pages with no ill effects (save my awful handwriting). Sorry to be so little help.

Hi,

Make sure the orientation arrow in the left lower corner is set correctly. It points to the "top" of the page. If it isn't set to the way you are writing, nothing gets recognized.
