Problems With Dell

Hello all... I ordered my Axim on the 8th of December, regular shipping as stated by dell was 3-5 days. Today is Christmas eve, and it still isn't here. Every day since my dad ordered it for me, I have been online checking on it. Sunday, December the 8th, it was shipped. Now, Tuesday, December 24th, it is still "in transit" the same place it has been for the last 17 days. I was just wondering if anybody else had problems such as this... Please e-mail!

I must have hit Dell at the right time. I placed my order on Sunday night (12/22) and by Monday (12/23) at 11am I had a tracking number! My unit shipped out of Lexena, Kansas and I am located just north of Denver. Looks like I should get my Axim on Thursday after Christmas!

If you haven't recieved your Axim by now, I would be very, very concerned. Have you received a tracking number? Can you get a detailed report as to where it is? Maybe UPS delivered it and your dad intercepted it to give it to you on Christmas? That is kind of a 'dad' thing to do you know.
