banned from Dell site? WTF?

and tell me WTF is going on? I've never been banned from anywhere and I never said anything disparaging about dell or the axim.

I'm pretty POed, especially because this seems to have happened without any warning of any kind.

I have had the same problem before. I think they have a bug in there bulletin board software. I sent an email to the board tech support and they had it corrected with in a couple of hours.

I have been banned from bars, girlfriends homes, schools, some churches, but I have never been banned from a website that I have never been in! Well, another place I am not allowed in.

Well, it appears I'm banned also. Worst thing I did this AM was thank a couple of guys for their help in using O2K for moving my contacts.

Guess I'll know better than to do THAT again!!!

Is Chris going to ban us from here if we say 'Thanks'?

It appears that everyone is banned from the Dell Forums. I cleared my cookies and offline files so I would not be auto-recognized by Dell and even though they don't know who I am, I am banned. Maybe some disgruntled customer waited too long for his Axim or too long on the phone... People were getting rather nasty there latey. The Cust. Service gripes were even spilling over into the technical forums. Oh well, another reason to hang out here.....

I agree, their software is just messed up at the moment. Maybe it's been hacked. :)

It will return... I had a simular problem with the order status page a couple of weeks ago, it was fixed within a couple of hours.
