Mad Converting dba file to Outlook

Hello,
I just bought my Axim X5. I had a Palm M505 but it was lost in a fire. I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me how to get my calender out of Palm and into Outlook. I also have information in my Lotus Organizer. I would like to get all my information into one program. I am now using 3 different programs.

Please help...

Your Palm should have come with "Mirror" to allow syncing into Outlook. Try installing that and syncing the palm to outlok. Then sync the PocketPC.

You could muck about with various export file formats but you might find the sync easier/quicker to do.

Good luck.

Yup. That's the way I did my conversion, too. Check the CD that came with your Palm. There is usually an add-on that will sync the Palm Desktop with a version of Outlook.

Since you mentioned a fire, email me (or send a PM) & we'll work out a way for me to mail you my old Palm CD. I'm not using it anyway and it'll get you over the hump.

Check out the trial ware circuit, too. You really only need a one shot conversion to get onto the new PDA.

Just thoughts ...

Worried Palm Problems

thanks for you help. I need the cd and Palm wants me to pay $30 for a replacement. I can't believe they won't just send me a copy of the cd. I have the palm (although it's fried). I gave them the serial number off of the back and I am registered with Palm. They are a joke. I haven't had much luck with the Axim either. I really don't care for it all. Maybe, it's something I have learn all over again... lol...

Doh! You might want to check out some sort of CSV export from Lotus then, outlook will handle the import resonably well but I've no idea what Lotus gives you.

Good luck!
