Lotus Organizer and Dell Axim X5

Is there a version of Lotus Organizer that can be installed onto a Dell Axim x5? If so, where can I go to purchase the software (URL)? Will Microsoft's ActiveSync sync the Axim's Lotus Organizer with the PC's Lotus Organizer? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

P.S. Or do I only need to buy Intellisync 5.1 and install it on my PC. If that's the case, will the Lotus Organizer on my PC automatically sync with the default calendar-ing software that's on my Axim X5? Does this mean that I don't have to buy a Lotus Organizer package for the Axim X5 (if one even exists)?

If you already have Lotus Organizer, find a version of Intellisync that works with it. It's all you need.
