My X5's battery is like deaad so it looses everything quickly. I have a backup file with most of my settings and a few utilities in my BIS.

Can i move Microsoft Reader to BIS, since i've stopped buying ebooks for it and just want to keep and access those already purchased for it? I'm looking for ways to free up Internal storage (and hopefully some memory). Right now i have 18MB left in BIS and 3MB in Internal.
I've parted with all the programs i'm willing to part with, so hopefully this is a solution. Any comments?

Why not get a storage card. Prices in sd cards have fallen and you can get a good size one for cheaper than you would think.

Oh I have an SD card with everything i can think of that will run from there already. I'm just looking for a way to not completely dump MS Reader, which i'm about to do if there's no other solution. Ticks me off that their activation won't work from external memory. But from what i've read since i posted this, it doesn't look like BIS is much of a solution. This is an old X5 and i'm an app junkie. I want my cake and eat it too.

Only pre-WM5 devices have BIS.

That said, I run WM2003SE and I install everything to BIS.
