Unsure re ROM upgrade

Guys,

Just wanted to double check which upgrade i should use-I've read lots of the threads but just need to double check. I have a X5 300mhz. My current ROM version is A02 (03050300EN) (PXA 250). Am I right in thinking I should be upgrading to this rom? : http://ftp1.us.dell.com/utility/R63937.EXE

Or should I be going for this one:

The second link is the right one for you. The first one is for the Advance model only. You have the Basic model.
