Upgrade to Pocket PC 2003

Does anyone know how I can upgrade to Pocket PC 2003 from 2002. Where do I get the ROM image and is there anything I need to lookout for when doing this?

Only legal way is to find a sealed one on ebay. dell does not sell them any more.

Valid copy of WM2003 are not available yet. I don't understand company. They are support to want business and do not think of making this available for upgrade. Many people will pay for this???? My 2¢

It's amazing what you find on the web if you would just search . . .(with an engine). . . for key words

yeah i found a place that has it on the web for download, but for obvious reasons i will not elebarate any more than that
