Problem with Active Sync

Before, it would sync then disconnect saying there was a backup corupt. Do a full backup next time you sync. I tried disabling backup for the moment but then you had to be connected to your device. So I uninstalled ActiveSync and reinstalled. I'm not getting an error. It connects breifly, then says disconnecting. All it says is a sychronozation error.

Which version of active sync? I know for mine I had to start with 3.5 and then upgrade to 3.6. It would not take just installing 3.6.

3.5 currently and tried 3.6
I'm thinking of backing data up into the built in storage and doing a hard reset on it.

*edit* It synced now to put the stuff back and see if it still syncs
