Garbled Menu in MSN Messenger?

I just noticed this recently when I poped MSN messenger open on my pocket pc and noticed that right next to the tools menu is just a bunch of garbage. I believe this is where the chat menu should be but instead is a smale rectangular box of what I would describe as graphical noise instead. I tried to reinstall MSN messenger and its still present. Any suggestions?

I have this as well. No idea why.
