Dell keyboard shortcuts

When typing with the Dell foldout keyboard, suggested words appear on the screen. Normally you'd tap those to auto-complete what you are writing. But that's not practical when you are typing, so is there a shortcut key on the keyboard to accept the suggested word? Or perhaps a small utility that let's you assign a function key for this purpose?

(If there isn't, somebody really should make one.)
