Syncing multiple email, contacts and calendar

Not a standard sync issue.
I have 2 hotmail accts, 3 business email accts and a school account.

I want my axim to have access to pretty much all my email from the past two weeks, contats, and calendar, anywhere any time. I have access to internet wirelessly. So i need some way of syncing all my email accts and everything.

I can consolidate the 3 business email addresses to any acct by forwarding them. but that leaves me with 2 hotmail and school.
When i send an email from the axim i also would like it to show up in outlook somehow.

any ideas?

It would be cool to be able to sync calendar and contacts to one of my hotmail accts so that I can have access to that even when i dont have my pda with me.
