Is this going to be a major problem...?

Hey,

okay, two things I've noticed. especially today, i have sandisk cards and once i had problems with once where a whole folder of mp3s disappeared. i reformatted it using storage tools and filled it up again and its been fine for the last few days.

but on a more serous note even.. there seems to be one single display pixel, one tiny lil dot that doesnt seem to work on my display. it just shines red usually or white while verything else has color. is this a major problem? will it become one?

and even worse today. my axim went through to spontaneous hard resets. i dont know what happened. i hit the power button to wake it up and bang, everythings gone. a few hours later, same problem. luckily, i've been backing up, so no loss at all. but is this a major problem too?

should i call this all into dell and ask for a replacement? or do you guys think its gonna be okay? any feedback is extremely appreciated.. thanks!

Definately a replace!

Call Dell, they'll send you a new unit and get the old one!
