Activesync Help

I had to do a hard reset of my dell axim today. I restored a backup and have had nothing but problems getting the dell to sync. I looked at the log and it is doing something very strange. I am getting a synchornization error and nothing is syncing.

Basically what it is doing is looking for a file on my d drive. Unfortunatley my d drvie is a cd rom drive and I am not sure why activesync is looking here.

Well I haven't hard reset yet, but I'm getting something similiar. Synchronization errors galore, even after soft resets, PC reboots, deleting and recreating the partnership. Here's my latest:
