Pocket Informant 4 Question

I just installed Pocket Informant 4 and put a shortcut to it into my startup folder in the windows directory. Now when i soft reset, it starts PI, but does not minimize it, but keeps it up.

When I had PI 3 running and did the same thing, the application would start, and then minimize right away, which is what i want. however with PI 4, it doesn't minimize but remains on the screen. Does anyone know how i can get PI 4 to startup upon reset, but minimize immediately? Thanks

By the way, is it just me, or is PI 4 actually slower than PI3?
