Dell improves shipping

I recently ordered a Dell Axim and have been reading up on it quite a bit here and other PPC sites. I've seen some horror stories with tech support and particularly shipping. I made the order on Saturday and when the salesperson said my ship date, he stuttered and then put me on hold for a minute. When he came back he said that he thought there was a mistake because the ship date was scheduled for March 18th!
He said the product was so backlogged that it had been hard for them to get the systems out on time. So it looks like Dell has now finally caught up to demand or found a better way to produce them. My system will be here on Thursday or Friday with second day shipping.
I'm looking forward to getting it. This Site has done wonders for my decision in getting the Axim. Good job. And for anyone else pondering on what kind of PDA to get, Dell has been very good to me so far.
