Worried Okay... I feel really stupid, but.....

I gotta ask a few questions.

To preface them though, I just acquired my X5 from a friend who had had it for about a year and never used it. It came with the Dell wireless CF card and I just got a 1GB SD chip for it.

Now some questions.. and again, sorry for being so freaking stupid:

1) I have already configured the wireless card for work and it is great, and I have "found" some wireless access around! That is great, so how do I get my email on this thing? Just use POP mail from my ISPs' web site? What about Outlook Express or MoThud?::

2) I have a 40GB MP3 player that I love, so I'm not gonna MP3 may X5 to death. I'd like to play some DVD's on it though. I saw a kind of comlicated tutorial on ripping. I know that there is software I need, and I can follow instructions... where do I get the software?::

3) I really don't want to purchase Dell software for my X if I don't have to.. it is kinda expensive. Where else can I go to get great software for my X, that is mostly free? I don't mind paying for good software, but I don't want that to be the norm.

4) I've never had a PDA before, can I get some hints on what I can use it for other than watching movies and surfing the internet?

Thanks for your patience with my post folks... I'll try not to let it happen again. Stop by my web site if you get a spare second, k? www.antiterrornet.com

Thanks!!
