Scrollbar double tap

Do any of you have problems with the vertical scroll bar double tapping when you tap it once while reading mail in Inbox? We have a thread going on the Dell site where we are trying to figure out what may be causing this to happen. Any information this group may have would help us resolve this issue.

I've noticed that I have to be pretty careful to tap the scroll bar rather than pressing it, as the delay before it starts repeating is quite short. When I do tap it, though, it almost never double-scrolls.
