To claim the mail in rebate i must send the packing slip or just a copy of it?

Keep up with Rebatestatus.com though. After sending our information in on Dec 12, I finally found they had lost all record of it. Now we're waiting through another month of them trying to cut the check. ;) Need that $50 for all this software!
