I am not disposed to sign up for something and then not like the content. At least with the Avantgo site you can see what channels they have, preview what it will look like on the PPC and then sign up if still interested.

actually singing up on mazingo is not much of a pain. and i was quite surpirsed because they do have good sites in their free text service. and another thing i notice is that it does not have a limit, unlike avantgo and you can change the location of the directory of the files to a memory card. one disadvantage with mazingo is that you cannot create a custom channel. i use both avantgo and mazingo.:D :D

They likely have no limit simply because it is text. It takes a lot of text to fill 2MB. Avantgo has page artwork, photo's, etc and therefore the pages are larger KB.

Both services have their merits, but I still prefer Avantgo.

actually if you look at the heading under entertainment- movies - they offer movie trailers, and even audio books under the free text service. try it
