Are there any wav files to load to Axim X5

The reason I'm asking - I use the reminder ALOTand I want something different than what comes with Axim. I tried to use the wav sounds in the computer but the won't transfer to my PPC. Any suggestions.

First of all, you have to load the wave files under the windows directory on your Axim to be able to select them to play as an alarm.......Next, to edit the wave file to get what you want.....search the web for Wave Flow......its free ware and it works really well.

How exactly are you "transferring" the .wav files? The PocketPCs read .wav files just fine. I get the impression you're not conversant on how to use the Explorer that's in ActiveSync. Just drag whatever .wav files you want from whatever folder on your workstation to the Windows folder on your PocketPC. Then you can see them in the list of values in the Sounds and Notifications setup on your device. Using the Pocket File Explorer navigate to your Windows folder and find one of the .wav files you just copied. Tap on the file and it should play (telling you that it is, in fact, a compatible wav file). They should work fine with your reminders.
