Error Message !

When I try to Syn with Microsoft Active Sync all goes thru then get an ERROR Message Saying Could not Sync Out of Date Contacts try to reset (soft reset) if does not resolve Problem seek HELP ,has been working fine months now I get this error message all else Syncs and Works fine ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED HERE ,Do Not want to do a HARD RESET Unless I have To ,THX

Tried what others have said to Remove Resco Picture Viewer or its FILE from Windows and the Axim now Syncs and Do Not Get ERROR Message,want to THANK ALL have been a Big Help !!!
