Upgrade for X5 300 to Windows Moblie 2003?

I've seen that there is an upgrade that exisits for the advanced, but is there one for the 300?

I just got mine yesterday (off e-bay) and it has 2002 on it. Is it worth it to upgrade if I can?

I upgraded my advanced at the time (using the CD which I had to purchase from Dell)...but in hindsight I really not sure it was worth it...but at that point I had an up to date pda and wanted to keep it current - if I'd purchased now then I really wouldn't worry about
