Contacts from outlook

Hi Everyone,
New to the axim site, but...how do I get all of my contacts from my pc to my handheld, when I sync, they do not go on to the handheld. Help and thanks

Welcome to Aximsite. By default only the personal contact are moved to PPC via Activesync. I tried to change this a while ago but didn't find how. Posting here will make sure that I get info is it is possible via a third party software or from tweaking the settings. Very good question :approve:

Just went thru this yesterday! In my sitch, it had to do with how I set up my "folders" in contacts. The main folder is the one that will sync with your pda, so try placing your contacts in the main contacts folder, and remove irrelevant ones (that won't sync). Make sense? In other words, it's ONLY the main folder that gets synced for some reason. Cured my problem, anyhow. Good luck,Mic
