Active Sync Driving Me Nuts!

I have an Axim X5 which I want to sync between my computer at home and work. Each PC has Active Sync 3.8.

I create a standard partnership for each and select sync between 2 computers.

However when I initially synced at home, it worked fine then took it to work and it worked ok then took it back home and now it wants to create another partnership. I have deleted and recreated all the usual stuff.

THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS, can someone help me. Thank

I agree with you, Marconi. ActiveSync is nothing but trouble.

I set up my Activesync on two places and it all worked fine. Then, all of a sudden ActiveSync says I have to reinstall my Outlook or it can't find my contacts or whatever. Seems the only thing this piece of software has to do (synchronizing) is too difficult a task!

Anyone for an alternative?

I'm not sure but I had similar problems....Then I noticed that Outlook was of different versions....once I corrected that Activesync woked fine...give it a shot!
