No import/export engine for outlook?

I am getting a message I need this from the MS outlook 200 SR-1 disk to import/export a csv file into my calendar?

I think that should be on the Activesync CD that came with the Ax. Does it ask you to browse to a location? On the CD its under MS>Outlook.
Try that.
