active sync upgrade requested
well! thank you for all your help. so...i'm installing that ppc companion cd on my pc and when i complete installing active sync my ppc asks me to upgrade active sync. how do i do this?

Download it from Microsoft.
Don't waste your time on the companion CD. Go to www.pocketpc.com and grab the latest ActiveSync directly from Microsoft.
