One contact not synching

I can't figure this out. All my contacts are synching correctly (I think) but one is missing. I can't find it on my Axim but it's there on my desktop Outlook.

My ActiveSynch "options" are set for "all contacts" and I've not noticed this problem before. Any suggestions?

Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can have?
Is there another reason the contact might not be synching?

I found my missing contact(s).
After further study, I found that I had selected something other than "all contacts" (top left of screen) for my contact list.
Changed it!
Found them.
