Problems t transfers word doc. to Axim.

Hi it's me again and with another problem!!
eveytime I want to tranfer some Word Doc to my axim it open another small window and say that I have to uppgrade MSCONV97.DLL!! I really don't know what to do!! Can somebody help me?

Maybe you need a new version of async.? Maybe there was something wrong with the transfer of the file.?
Did you try to backup and hardreset?

Rau: how are you transfering the file?
Are you using a CF or other card, if so, does it work to: move the card to the PC, xfere the file, move the card back to the Axim?
Have you tried other .doc files or just this one?

It's just .doc files!! and I use my SD card
About my sync version is 3.8 so I guess this is the last version rigth?

I try to remove the car and put it back again and I still get the same message!! The message say

Same deal here, where is this file msconv97.dll??? Is it in Dell, it sounds like a MS word file..
