Pls Help!!

Do to forces beyond my control I was forced to reload my PC w/o having the oppty to backup my data, in particular my mail. I do however have it all on my X5, but how do I move it from my X5 to my PC. I've got AS v3.8 and Outlook 2003. I set AS to overwrite the PC version but it didn't do it. It copied back over my Contacts but not my mail. What am I missing?

did you select mail (InBox) in AS, and set up those options?

I checked off all of the folders in AS and chose the PDA as the winner in any conflicts but it is not copying it to my PC.
