Active sync 3.6+Rom upgrade bug ?

Hello there ,

I updated the rom of my axim 400 to A02 with success after hard reset .
I then add all off my programs manually not from back up . -clean installation -

I delete the old partnership and made a new one ....pocket_pc_dell"
After I add my programs
I saw that there is no folder in the desktop with that name "pocket_pc_dell"
.
I tried to remove the activ sunc and reinstall it again but does not allow me to make a new partneship .
When I install again the active sync 3.6 again ,I tick the new partnership go to next->next windows but I cannot's see the place where we name our new partneship. At the end it starts with the old name.


I also changes my device's name but no success


Is this a bug from the update ? where can i find the folder ? I search all the folders in my pc and there isn't
