I put my PPC in it's cradle, and click on Explore in active sync. Work my way in to the folder I want the ebook to reside in, then either cut and paste there, or drag and drop it there. Hope that helps?

What is ActiveSync doing? Are you getting any error messages?

The way I do it is sync with my desktop, click the explore button on th activesync display (on the desktop), Work my way to my SD card, and drag and drop the e-book to it. (I don't put it in a folder). MS Reader detects it automatically.
This may not be the best way to do it, but it works for me.

If you've got Adobe's eReader, just double click the Setup button. It'll then prompt you with several options, one of which is "Install eBook" or something. Click that. It'll then allow you to browse for the eBook on your PC. Once there, you can select the eBook(s) you want moved to the PDA.
Hope that helps :)

What are you actually doing to transfer the book?

Karim,
what format of ebook & reader are you using? MS Reader like your PC?

Well you don't need to drag the shortcut to your SD Card...why were you doing that?

You may want to consider also downloading the PPC version of Acrobat. It's sluggish to load, but works well thereafter and there are lots of PDFs around that you might enjoy carrying about to read.
