Error message problem syncing

I get the following message when I sync my Axim x5 and outlook.
"The add in "c:\windows\systems32\actext.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using detect and repair on the help menu. I ran the "detect and repair " on the outlook and it went thru the process but I still get the error message. The sync stops untill I close the message and then restarts and then resumes with a successful sync. Any idea how to make this error go away for good?

A soft-reset might take care of that but if not then I would maybe try a hard-reset. You will, of course, lose everything doing a hard-reset but it might be necessary. I would think that you could try and replace the file that the program says is missing...have you tried that? You could also try to uninstall and reinstall Outlook as well. It's definitely software related so I don't think it's anything hardware-wise in relation to your Axim or your PC.
