IR can it work?
Ok, so I am a x5 user from way back. I want to know if the IR on my X5 can read barcodes, and what is out there for bar code software?

I do not want to upgrade my X5, we have become best of friends. :love:

no, the ir on the axim is omni light, what you need vto read a bar code is streght path light..(better known as LASER.. :) )
