Align Screen keep asking me

Hi,

My X5's screen cannot detact any touching. So I tried using "hard" reset. But the windows keep asking me to align screen even I did many times of hard reset. What eles can I do?

Search the forums...may result in opening the device up and checking the connection from the screen to the motherboard. Slide a business card against the edges of the screen to get rid of dirt.

Sounds like the touchscreen is toast. It's probably not under warranty (if it is call Dell) so you could send it to http://www.pocketpctechs.com and they can fix it. They can also send you the kit so you can do it yourself.

Have a look at their website and weigh up the options. You could also cut your losses and get a new PDA, or consider a refurb.
