Yep, that is the SBP Pocket Plus battery meter all right. Your not the first one to miss out on what this feature is. Anyway, if you don't want it there tap the spb plus sign there next to where it says "main" and uncheck the box that says "Taskbar Battery Indicator". If you want to keep it but change the size of it, highlight "Taskbar Battery Indicator" and tap the "Feature Options" button.
I don't use that weather plug in but mine (spb weather) has a setting to change the display to 4 days instead of 5. This helps keep everything on the screen. Good Luck~
