need free Bible software

Hi guys... I am looking for a free bible software program... Any references? Also, I just got my AX, what are the killer apps that I need to have installed ASAP?

Actually I allready had that installed before I posted... Only problem is that none of the to the actuall Bible files on their site actually work... The connection is refused on every single link... Maybe their server is down... Ill check again tommorrow...

when you click the link on their download page to get the bible you want,, you WILL have to change the link from www.itb.com/............
to
www.inthebeginning.com...

that's how I got my copies...

copy the location of the link and change ITB to INTHEBEGINNING and it will work. I just tried it.

The only one I've seen that supports NIV is the Laridian SW. The problem is, Laridian changes $10 for the reader, then $29.99 for the NIV Bible. :crooked:

It's not exactly software...it's Microsoft Reader versions of each book of the Bible.

looks like the problems with itb.net are getting worked out. I just grabbed the ASV version. Now it asks me if I would like to install the it to somewhere other than the default location which is very good. I don't believe it used to do this.
