Dell Preferred Account

Hey,
When I ordered my Ax I created a Dell Preferred Account because they were offering a $25 credit and 90 days no interest. I got my 90 days with no interest, and sometime after the purchase I got the impression that a $25 credit would appear on my account after I started payments. To anyone else who did this, should the credit appear on my account, or should it have been knocked off my purchase price?

I think you should call Dell Financial Services and ask them about it. If you had the account for awhile now, you should get the credit, unless it is one of those offers where you have to wait 10 weeks for or something like that.

Has anyone really applied an DPA rebate to an axim?? I'm a DHS rep, and we aren't allowed to do it. "DPA rebate only applies to computers systems"... I've asked many many many differnt people :rolling:
