Spectec SDW-820 Config Util Won't Run

Everything seems to install fine. But when I go to run the config utility on the Axim nothing happens. THere's a blink like an app is going to startup but then nothing. When I try reinstalling, the Axim says that a file is in use, but a find can not locate the file. The only way to remove and reinstall is to take out the battery. Anyone know whats going on, or what can be done? thanks

Ok, I on my prior post I was not even able to see the program installed when I went to installed programs. So now insted of using the setup they supplied I tried transfering the CAB files over and installing them that way. This led to the same problem, however now at least the program doesnt dissapear after a restart and it does appear in the installed programs. Still cant run the app though.

Turns out you need an SDIO slot, and the X5 only comes with an SD. I had no idea there was actually a difference. This sucks.
