Transparency

Where do I go to set my transparency? And to what percent do I set it to show a background personal picture? Thanks

transparency of a picture? I think you have to do it before transferring it to your device. As far as transparent windows, find a skinning program that allows that.

I found that answer just a short time ago thanks to another poster...apparently you can adjust the transparency using the built-in picture viewer to use as a background.

I took my personal pic & reduced it in size using good ole paint on my desktop. I reduced it to about 48k. I then saved it to my CF card on the desktop. I put the CF card into my axim & opened the photo. On the axim w/ the pic on your screen, tap the tools option. Select set as today wallpaper. A new window opens with the pic and a transparency setting. You`ll probably have to play w/ the setting depending on the pic. I used between 30-35 % for my pics. Hope this helps...good luck.
