how to change default desktop directory for sync' files...
my default is
C:\Documents and Settings\benzi\My Documents\benziPPC My Documents\
How can i change it to more simple path???!

You may edit your desktop PC's registry entry "Briefcase Path" under the key

...\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\Partners\[hex partnership code]\Services\Synchronization

and paste there any address (e.g. "C:\PPC Briefcase\").
