I can't handle this anymore

More and more issues with my X5, so many hard resets.
I still love it though :)
Last problem is with the power button, it lets me use to turn off my X5 but when I try to turn it on nothing happens, I press it and nothing.
I'm having to soft reset everytime I need to turn it on, HELP PLEASE!!!!

I had this problem a while back. It turns out that some software that I installed caused the problem. I restored an earlier backup and problem went away.

To test for this, make a backup, do a hard reset, and see if the problem still exists. Hopefully it wont.

I've learned to not install all of those cutesy little apps.

After you hard reset, do you restore? If you do, you would be restoring back your problems. Sync, hard reset, then do a clean reinstall of your apps. See if that helps.

Yes, the restore would bring back your problems. But, you would then have determined that it was a software problem instead of a hardware problem.

Hopefully, it is only a software problem. My guess is that some programs remap the off power function.

Reloading apps, as Gigi sugggests, will work once you have done a hard reset (assuming it's a software problem). Perhaps you have a more recent backup to restore that doesn't have this problem?

I think I had this issue while on the highway..

I hate this stupid gps, if you plug it into the Axim it causes the whole pda to slow down, and you have to follow the direction step by step otherwise it will run slow, and so I unpluged the cable and turned the pda off, and it would not come back on, so I did a soft reset, and it worked.
