Question Looking @ Processor info.

How is every one accessing the info on the Axim? Where do I go to see what stepping I have, and what this PX 250 and 255 is all about?

Start -> Settings -> System -> System Information

Then pull up File Explorer and go to My Device -> My Documents ->
SysInfo -> SysInfo

Do a forum search for countless threads and debates on this topic.

PXA255 is better.

Open File Explorer. Then go to My Device | My Documents | SysInfo | SysInfo.txt. All the info is in the text document

if you have purchased your Ax quite recently, you would have the PXA255.

To confuse matter, you sysinfo.txt would tell you that the processer is a PXA250 400 MHz C1 Stepping, which actually is the 255 processor.

That is if the ROM wasn't updated. My replacement that I received last week is PXA255 400MHz A0 Stepping. But now I'm going to update the ROM version to A03 tonight. ;)
