Try a reboot on the PC and a soft reset on the PPC then try resyncing. Are you talking about the backup battery low? If so, just replace it. It's a standard watch battery that's available at drug stores, etc. If it's the main battery that's low, just charge it. :)

I don't think you can disable the backup low warning. Are you sure it's the main battery that it's warning about and not the replaceable backup one?

If you have the X5 (you posted in the X5 forums), then you do. Check the manual for instructions.

If you don't have a backup battery in the slot, then you need to get one. It's a standard lithium watch battery. If you don't have a backup battery and your regular battery gets dischrged, you will lose everything in your memory. For about $3, a backup battery is cheap insurence.

Worried Low Backup Batery warning!

Hello,

Since two days by backup battery was draining and I was receieving a low battery warning. I didn't get a chance to stop by the store and get a replacement, today the backup batery showed zero. I have purchased and replaced the backup battery, I am still getting the "low battery" warning. Please advice.

Thanks
SCHM
