Question disc defrag

Should I run some kind of disc defrag or disc clean up on my axim. Something to keep it running like it should. I was just wondering

disk defrag

You can use storagetools to defrag your cf or sd card.

Why do you think you need a defrag? Solid state media doesn't need defrag, there is no lag waiting for the "disk" to spin....
