expanding menu?

My wife and i purchased Axim X5 Basics at the same time. her deaded leaving only a white screen. the new replacement is also a basic unit and has expanding menus. minie does not. This is like the expanding menu in XP with arrows on the top and bottom fo the menu. I can not find a reason for her unit to have this and mine not. I have upgraded both to the A03 ROM. Both are basic 300MHz units. the only program that she has that I don't is Pocket Money. My menu only allows 9 items on it, accessed via the settings>menu icon. Does anyone else have the expanding menus? :hide:

The expanding windows appear automatically when you, or a program copy's shortcuts into the Windows\Start Menu folder. The Menu's option in Settings only allows nine items, but if you manually paste shortcuts into Windows\Start Menu then you should quickly exceed nine items and start seeing the scroll arrows. You can either use ActiveSynch explore, or the Pocket PC file explorer to copy and paste shortcuts. Your wife's Axim just has one or more shortcuts in this folder then yours....hence the little up and down arrows.
